AnnaSophia Robb is an American actress model and vocalist. She started as a television child actress before making her film debut through Because of Winn-Dixie. Next, she played the character Violet Beauregarde on Tim Burton's Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. AnnaSophia Robb was born in December 1993. She is a singer actor, model and actress. At the beginning of her career she worked as a TV child actor and first appeared in the title role in the television show Samantha. The American Girl's Christmas (2004). In 2005 she made her movie debut with Because of Winn-Dixie. She was later Violet Beauregarde (a supporting character) in Tim Burton's Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Leslie Burke, in Bridge to Terabithia 2007, won an award and praise along with the two Young Artist Awards. The roles she played in subsequent films comprise Race to Witch Mountain (2009) Soul Surfer (2011) and The Way Way Back (2013). Carrie Bradshaw (2013-2014), the series produced by The CW in which she was the lead character, received increased recognition. In 2019, Lacey played Gypsy Blanchard's neighbor as Gypsy Blanchard's neighbor in The Act, a Hulu mini-series. AnnaSophia Robb has been an American actor, singer, and model since 2005.
